A lightweight, soft & quiet recovery collar designed with small animals in mind.

Pastel uses a specially selected Velcro fastening that is:

Even when the Velcro comes into contact with your pet, it is designed to feel gentle against their skin and when fur gets onto the collar or Velcro, it can be easily removed with a lint roller.

Details

When small animals need an Elizabeth collar during treatment or recovery, comfort matters.

Pastel was developed together with feedback from an exotic animal veterinarian, with the goal of creating a collar that is light, soft and less stressful to wear.
The soft inner core also allows them to eat and drink while wearing the collar.

How to Use

For rabbits around 1–2kg, approximately one finger of space between the collar and neck is generally recommended.

For guinea pigs, chinchillas and degus under 1kg, one finger of space may be too loose. Please adjust accordingly.

After putting the collar on, gently move it to check the fit.

The collar should be able to rotate and move slightly back and forth, while the lower jaw should catch on the collar so that it cannot slip forward over the head.

Always check that your pet can breathe, eat and drink comfortably while wearing the collar.
