Refund policy

All items are quality checked before shipment to ensure they arrive in good condition. As such, we do not accept refunds once the order has been placed.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you’re welcome to exchange it at our physical store.

•    Exchanges are only applicable for unused or unopened items.    

•    Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
