Pre-order & Combined Shipment

For pre-order items, please allow a minimum of 20 days for the items to arrive before your order can be shipped.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items have arrived. We do not ship in-stock items separately for orders containing pre-order items.

Please take note of the estimated pre-order timeline before placing your order. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the supplier, shipping arrangements, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered later the same evening.

Self Pick-up — Customers may choose to pick up their orders at 267 Geylang Road, #02-01, Singapore 389688.

Free delivery for orders of $60 and above (after discount) in a single transaction.

We ship to Malaysia via Ninja Van. Estimated delivery time is 5–9 working days after your order has been processed.

Please note that the delivery timeframes above are estimates calculated from when your order is confirmed. They include the processing and packing of your order, but do not include any delays that may occur if your parcel is held by Customs authorities. If taxes and/or duties are charged for your parcel, you will be responsible for settling them before delivery can proceed.

There may also be slight delays during sale and peak periods due to higher order volumes.
